Hi @Fridthir I'm sorry to hear that you have purchased two expansions and are unable to access them in-game.

I am also sorry to hear that you have not received a reply to your support cases. Please note that Customer Support will do their best to reply within 48 hours, however if there is a high volume of contacts then it may take longer for which I apologise. As we have just had the holiday period this will likely be the case.

Customer Support will reply to your support ticket as soon as it is possible. I have also merged your cases into one as we do not recommend creating duplicate cases as this could delay your response even more.

Please ensure you have downloaded and installed the expansions, then go into the Helix store in-game and check the add-ons section to see if it recognises them as being owned or installed.
