Hi.
So i won AC Gaming card (irl gaming cards) giveaway on twitch, in June 29.
After initial DM exchange to confirm my email address and that i am 18 or older, there was no communication with me.

In November i learned that cards are being sent out already, so i made support ticket. After few message exchange, its been 2 months without any information and reply.
At very start of January, i contacted UbiNewsMod on twitch, who did the giveaways. He/she quickly found out that AC team supposedly tried to contact me in September.
NO - i dint receive any emails or other communications from ubisoft regarding AC Gaming cards after initial giveaway confirmation.
NO - there are no emails in spam, trash or anywhere else in my email from ubisoft in September. Latest emails i have from ubisoft is in July, related to steam, and in end of Novemeber when i made support ticket.
YES - email i provided is correct.
According to UbiNewsMod i contacted in start of january, AC team said they will "follow up" with me directly. Not 100% sure what that means.
Well, its been a month, and yet again no communication with me.
I even messaged twitter support. One week later not even a single reply or anything.

WTH guys! What i have to do, to get anywhere with the issue?

Hi @knausis I'm sorry to hear that you have not received any response with regards to the Assassin's Creed playing cards that you won.

I can confirm that our Customer Support specialists do their best to reply to support cases as soon as it is possible, however due to the high volume of contacts this is taking longer than usual, for which I apologise.

I'm afraid that this is not something that we can assist you with on the forum, however I have forwarded on your details to our Community team who will look into this for you.

With regards to the delay, again I can only apologise. This wouldn't generally be the case, however as I mentioned due to the high volume of contacts it is taking longer than usual to reply.
