Since patch 1.5.2, the female version of Eivor's savage hair (on PC) appears to use a lower quality model. This was not fixed in patch 1.5.3
I have checked my graphics settings, and everything is maxed out, so that is not the issue. Also, this is the only hairstyle that suffers from the issue. I will include a comparison between the hair before and after patch 1.5.2

This will ensure that the textural issue is not being caused by any common error in your PC, but by an actual glitch within the game.

I know this isn't the answer either of you were looking for, but I don't have any updates as of yet. I can confirm the team is still investigating though and I'm really sorry for the frustration this lower resolution is causing.
