[2023] Unable to progress in the quest 'Extended Family' as the wolf and objective marker are missing

Hi @Dawnlhare I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'Extended Family'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. We would need to see the following in the video:

• Go to your quest log and try tracking a different quest and then track 'Extended Family' again and return to the map
• Go to the location where you are supposed to kill the wolf to show that the wolf is not there

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Other things you can try:

• Go to the location where you are supposed to kill the wolf and try meditating
• Go to the location where you are supposed to kill the wolf and create a new manual save then exit the game. Then load the newly created save to see if the wolf spawns.

Thanks for the video provided. In the video it doesn't look like your in the right location for where you fight the wolf or start the quest. Can you please check the walkthrough below and start at that location and follow the same route to where you fight the wolf, and if the issue persists provide another video to demonstrate this.

Also you mentioned the first time you were unable to kill the wolf so you left. Can you confirm how you were able to leave the fight and Asgard? were you able to just leave the area then leave return to England?
