Hi @xdeyth I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Opals not registering after being collected.
As this issue is related to the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion I have opened a new thread.
Can you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting then try again.
If the issue persists I would recommend forwarding the ports to see if that helps.
However, if none of the troubleshooting helps to resolve the issue then could you provide a video that shows how many Opals you currently have in your inventory and then collect an Opal, wait for a moment and then check the inventory again to show that it has not been counted.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

I can confirm your current Opal quantity is 230 so it appears to be working correctly and the Opals are being added to your inventory. The development team investigated this issue previously on other maps in the game and were unable to reproduce it.
They explained that it's possible due to network disruptions or downtime on Ubiservices that the Opals collected are not immediately given, however these will eventually be added to the account.
Can you confirm if you experience the issue on any other maps in the game or is it only in Svartalfheim?
