I am also sorry to hear that you have purchased the Opal map and that it has not shown the Opal locations on your map.
I have checked your account and can see the purchase that you made. Could you please confirm if the Opal locations are not visible on certain maps or all maps? If certain maps could you confirm which ones.
Can you also provide a video demonstrating this issue. In the video could you go to the in-game store and show that the Opal map is showing as purchased, then go to your in-game map and show the Opal locations are not visible.
