[2022] [Friend referral program] Progression is stuck

So I followed the invite link my friend sent me and downloaded and started Valhalla while it's the free weekend. everything was going fine for a while and the amount of time I've played kept going up towards the two hour mark where I earn the lightning mount reward on the referral page - but this has now stopped. i've been laying the game for about 7 hours this evening and the progression is stuck at 1.41 out of 2 hours

to make matters weirder, in the referral part of the ubiconnect overlay in-game, it says i have to play "7200 hours" in order to start earning rewards.

what the heck is going on? i'm trying the game because of this incentive, if it isn't going to work, why am i wasting my time?

Hi @buttsoupr I'm sorry to hear that your progression is stuck at 1.41hrs / 2hrs.

Can you confirm if you have received your reward? It can take up to 24 hours for the rewards to be added to your inventory and you should also receive an confirmation email.

With regards to the stats not being displayed correctly, could you please ensure you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect launcher installed.

If it is could you please provide screenshots of the following:

The playtime on your Ubisoft Connect stats
The playtime on the Ubisoft referral page
The playtime required to start earning rewards in the Ubisoft Connect overlay

Also, if you have not received your reward in-game could you also provide a screenshot in the stable to show this.
