Hello my dear friends!

After the Assassin's Creed Valhalla game update 1.6.0, I noticed some performance issues or shall we say issues, which were not in the game.

The problems I've found are:

1) On the loading screen, the character Eivor has a drastic change in resolution, getting a "blurred" aspect. It lasts a few seconds, but that didn't happen in the previous update. Also, during loading, there are small "stutters" and the framerate, which was previously at 60fps, drops on this screen to 30fps.

In fact this doesn't imply gameplay problems, but it didn't happen before, so it's still a technical problem.

2) At certain points in the game, the scenarios suffer from too much screen tearing, something that did not occur in such an amount or in the entire environment. Since I started the campaign, I have accumulated 100 hours of gameplay and only after the 1.6.0 update did I notice this problem.

As I don't have a screen with FreeSync technology, I can see these details, so I think this is some after-effect of the recent update.

3) During quick save, the game has small freezes that did not happen before.

To make sure, I reinstalled the game and also cleared the cache data, but it didn't help, so I think it's a problem with the game itself. I can't comment on the other platforms, but I saw that in the Xbox Series S version of the game.

Hi @mpilha @macwho apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you have experienced the issues that you mentioned since installing the 1.6.0 update.

We are aware that players have experienced some performance issues and crashes since the Sigrblot festival. The festival ended yesterday, could you please try again and confirm if those issues still persist.
