[2022] Experiencing a black screen in-game

Hello

I'm having a lot of trouble launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
after choosing Exploration, Combat and Stealth Difficulty
the game freezes in black screen and the rest.
No cutscene...nothing, just a black screen, background music that disappears after a few seconds.
I would like to point out that the drivers for the Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 graphics card are up to date and that all updates have been made
and I have nothing in the background running at the same time.
I tested all the resolutions offered by the options from low to very high
launch the game in administrator mode via .exe
launch the game via ubisoft connect or via the shortcuts in the game installation folders and that doesn't work either.
I checked the game files and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice.
here is impossible to play I searched on the net and all the tips found did not solve the problem.
