I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persists after trying the troubleshooting that was suggested.

I can confirm that we have had other reports of those particular errors in the crash logs in another thread here.

I would recommend trying to uninstall then reinstall the Ubisoft Connect launcher and try again.

However, if the issue persists please update your support case to say what additional troubleshooting you have tried and those errors that you mentioned, and also attach a copy of your launcher logs.
