ive tried prioritizing it ive tried running it as administrator ive uninstalled and re downloaded it 3 times now I'm at a loss i know i got the windows in the support file all covered I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I just bought the complete edition and ive been really excited to start up and have this happen please help and thank you.

and i have done all the troubleshooting steps
would say crash but it doesn't it just closes its self I don't know whats wrong with it
wont even get to the title screen it will do all the start up animation stuff but as soon as it gets to the this game uses a autosave feature and tried to start the title screen it just shuts its self off because it opens the little box and synchs my stuff
the game worked fine the first time i started it tho
it randomly started in windowed mode and worked? tried to go to the settings and crash
