[2021] Expansion content is installed but not detected

So when I bought Assassin's Creed Valhalla I bought the physical copy from Gamestop the Gold Edition so I get the season passes in the DLCs for free I keep getting the DLCs when they come out then I'll play them beat them and then they disappear never to be found again does anyone else have this problem cuz I'm telling you right now I've spent about 16 hours over the last two days with Ubisoft and Microsoft support they can't figure it out and I don't think they're wanting to give them back to me I spend $150 on a game so that I get all the free s*** I'm not going to do that anymore I'm not going to spend any money on Ubisoft games anymore
