[2021] Error code on Xbox One when trying to do an update (0x8b050033)

So one of my family members bought the game for me when I didn’t have internet and I couldn’t play it so they took it wth them then I got internet and they brought it back and now it won’t update and keeps giving me xbox error code 0x8b050033 and it won’t do anything other than that but if I dc my wifi then I can play it without the update but I really wanted them so I could play online. Plz help.
