Can you confirm if you have now received the Narjarl outfit after defeating Hel? And did you still not receive a different cutscene at the end?

I'm sorry that the outfit has not been unlocked on your main save.
I have checked for an update on the issue as it was reported to the development team previously and after thorough investigation they have confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.
I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.
