As the titles suggests I am unable to build charcoal kilns in the pride and peddlers scenario.
Before reaching Artistas it says "Requirements: Artistas 0/1" but once reaching them it just says "Requirements: " and stays locked.
I have tried to acces the Charcoal Kiln in different production chains like steel or aluminium but it is always the same.
I have even started a whole new session after GU16.1 but it was the same all over which means I have no way of producing reinforced concrete and am stuck now.
I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I don't have the empire in the skies dlc because it is the same with the airship hangar (which didn't trouble me at first since it seemed logical).
If anything is poorly explained let me know and I'll try to rephrase (not my first language).
