Bug #1: The panorama effect (at least for level 5 skyscrapers) is often wrongly updated after downgrading several adjacent skyscrapers of the same level simultaneously. Reloading the game does not resolve this problem. However, applying the move tool to the bugged skyscrapers (without changing their positions) fixes the issue.
Bug #2: There is a level of detail issue for L-shaped skyscrapers (the skyscrapers at the corners of a block), which causes the skyscraper to disappear if the camera is too far away. However, from this distance all other buildings and even I-shaped skyscrapers are still visible.
Bug #3: The newly introduced stores also all have the same level of detail issue as the L-shaped skyscrapers; they disappear if the camera is too far away, while all other buildings are still visible.

Hi @Fiep_Fiep! Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for reaching out to report these 3 issues you're experiencing. When did you first start seeing this happening? If you verify your game files, does anything change in-game for you? If not, please try sending a clip of each issue you listed, and I'd be glad to take a look.

@fiep_fiep Hello there!

Thank you for the screenshots illustrating the issues you've been seeing with skyscrapers at the moment. Glad to hear that verifying the files seems to have fixed the issue with the panorama effect on new skyscrapers. As for the old skyscrapers, does this issue remain if you move them to a new location, and back again?

In regards to certain shaped skyscrapers disappearing before others when zooming out, your report and screenshots have been forwarded to the game team for further investigation. We may be back in touch should the team need any additional information on this!

Hey @fiep_fiep,

Sorry to hear that after verifying your files you are still able to replicate the panorama issue.

You mentioned steps that helped you resolve this, would it be at all possible to share with us a link to a video of you following those steps using a third party video sharing website of your choice? We can use this video to see exactly what you see and assist any investigation.

Many thanks
