every time i click the care package factory this show up
with/without sans-serif fonts does not help
EDIT: it disappeared finally, maybe timeout-ed, maybe because i switched to another region and back
EDIT: BUT now the "select production" keeps blinking/fading forever (you can see this effect in the screenshot)
EDIT: switching region & back seems to have finally rid me of this (i HOPE!)

Type of screen used (1920*1080 for example)
Are there mods active when the problem happens ?
