Hello!

Here to resurrect these dead threads from the old platform because these are now relatively old bugs that drastically impact gameplay and still have not been resolved. Anno 1800 on my i7-8700k, 32GB RAM, RTX 3080, Windows 10 x64 Pro rig still progressively loses frame rate performance on Windows 10 until a full reboot. After which, the performance loss process restarts all over again. However, I have noticed since coming back to the game several months later and another Season Pass investment that this bug is still around and now happens in an even quicker timespan. Before I would lose performance over a period of 45min - 120min. Now the game just starts hemorraging performance about 10 minutes into play time. To be clear I am also starting a fresh save and haven't even built a shipyard yet and the game slowly bleeds from 100+fps to 40-50fps, to sub 30FPS. Ubisoft devs please coordinate with me on troubleshooting this. I love the game and would love to be able to play it for long periods of time without having to revert to ancient drivers for stable performance or just not play at all!

@sir-sriracha

Hey there.

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing performance issues for such a long period of time.

We'd like to look into this with you but first of all we need to review your system files. I have checked your account and I can see that you have had a support case open with us previously regarding these issues but it was closed automatically after not receiving any updates for a few days. I have gone ahead and re-opened this case for you now. Can I ask you to attach updated system files to that open case please and post an update to the case confirming those have been uploaded once you have done so first of all, please?

@Sir-Sriracha Hey there! Thanks for sharing a workaround that you have found for this.

@SirHarryPierce If you are experiencing the same frame rate drops while playing Anno 1800 please complete this technical troubleshooting guide along with verifying your game files. If this does not help, please open a support ticket with your Msinfo and Dxdiag and our teams will be happy to further troubleshoot with you!

Hey @sirharrypierce ,

Thanks for letting us know.

With more recent reports of performance issues, we will request up to date system reports from players, to ensure the teams have current information to look into further.

We do have an investigation open, so more information from players would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @sir-sriracha ,

Thanks for getting in touch.

No further updates as of yet but of course, we're still welcoming any system files from those who're affected to aid in this investigation.

If you're happy to provide your MSinfo and DxDiag files to be passed on, could you please send them through us via our Support Site?

I can see a case was opened previously but no files were attached, feel free to reopen this case by attaching your files there.

Please let us know if you have any issues with this.

Thank you!
