Yesterday I completed the race of the summit, the one with the Camaro z28 that gives these purple striped tires. Then I went on the garage and applyed them on my Lancer EVO but when I did exit the garage I got an error, something like " You're being disconnected" and can only go back to the main menu or to the desktop. Got back to the menu and when I went back on the garage the tires they had disappeared.

Sorry to hear you encountered this issue, @xRevo94. When rebooting both Ubisoft Connect and The Crew 2 from your PC, are you still unable to view the previous vanity items earned? To help check this out further, would you provide a screenshot or clip of the summit completed?

Just to double-check, did you possibly attempt to re-do the race, to see whether reward is applied to you?

Following the update from our team, can I double-check if you possibly have the vanity item that is missing already equipped with any of the vehicles or is it only missing for specific vehicle(s)?

Please note that there will be certain vehicles that won't be able to have any vanities applied on.
