[2021] "defeat" end of my game

Can you confirm if any of this has happened to you in your campaign iansolo2010?

Hi there, sorry to hear you have experienced this. We have previously been made aware of a similar issue but believe this was resolved in an update patch earlier last year. So we can get this looked into could you confirm your game files are fully up to date and if possible provide a short video clip or series of screenshots showing how this occurs in game before being ungraciously sent back to the title screen.?

We have not yet been able to reproduce this issue in a testing environment, it is certainly an unusual one.

Are you aware of anything that could have caused this?

The best advice I can offer would be to take a screenshot or perhaps make a short recording if this ever happens again, This would really help us understand the root cause.

We are certainly still here, I'm sorry we're coming back after a bit of a delay

From your descriptions it's currently difficult to tell whether this is a bug; it certainly may be however we've not yet had enough data to understand it.

We may be able to review your save file. Before we pursue that option, would it be possible to provide a video to present the issue? Perhaps we can see the reason for the defeat there.

We don't have an official list of defeat conditions, but perhaps another player could point us to a user-made list.

We also don't recommend any particular third party programs for recording gameplay, simply because we don't produce any such programs ourselves. But if you are able to get us some footage of one of these seemingly random defeats, or if you've got a save file from shortly before one happens, that'd be most useful in our investigation.
