Hello guys,

We appreciate this is frustrating for you and are working on receiving an update for you as soon as possible.

Both Raziel and myself have passed on the details of those affected onto the team who are looking into this further.

If you can continue to provide the date you purchased the Pass from Origin too that would be appreciated.

We will update the thread will information as and when we receive it, rest assured we are not ignoring your comments or frustrations, unfortunately this one is taking some time to look into.

Thank you for your patience.

Hello everyone,

I appreciate this is a frustrating issue, and we're tracking the progress of the investigation so we can let you know once we have a solution.

@mujeeb2646 If you own the game & season pass in different launchers, you are likely to run into issues. We have a support article about this here: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000062891/

A solution has not been reached just yet. All of us covering the forums are staying on top of this and we'll let you know once we know more.

Hello guys,

We don't have any updates as the relevant teams continue to look into this.

I'm afraid that as per your suggestion; As content has not been purchased via Ubisoft Connect, we cannot enable it - likewise, for those with the Base Game via Origin, the DLC will also need to be enabled via Origin to be compatible.

We will continue to update this thread with news when we receive it and appreciate your patience and frustrations at this time.

Thank you.

Looking at your account, it seems the Season 2 Pass is correctly activated. If you can see the icons of the DLC colored in the main menu
, everything is working as intended.
If you load an existing savegame, you should be asked if you want to activate the newly purchased DLC for that savegame.

Alternatively, if you start a new game, you should be able to select
which DLC you want to use.

Hey!

I reviewed your account and it doesn't appear as though the game was activated / brought in the Epic Games Store, is that correct?

If so, that is likely why you are unable to see the content. When games & their DLC are activated within different launchers, you could experience a compatibility issue.

My recommendation would be to contact Epic Games for a refund, if you have not done so already,
