hi.
I have installed Anno 1800 on my laptop which I use when I am traveling (I can play on my holidays). I bought new PC which I want use as my home game station. I have installed Anno 1800 on it but when I launch the game, there is no any profile there which should be. When I created new profile, launched the game, saved it, exit game and when I launched game again, there is still no profile or saved game.
What can be the reason and how can I repair it?

Hey @meremre69,

Sorry to ear that you are encountering this issue.

To ensure that your save progress is saving as intended I would recommend to launch the game using administrator rights.

Hey @meremre69, thanks for the update there.

First and foremost, did you try to go to files directory and see if you're able to locate your save file? By default it should be in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

If you are able to locate these files, for troubleshooting purposes, try moving them over to the Ubisoft installation directory and then try launching the game again to see if issue persists.
