The developers have reached out to us, and would like to confirm the following details / request the following resources from affected players:
- Can you please confirm if you were able to successfully purchase the duplicate items, and see Opals deducted?
- When attempting to purchase the duplicate items, did you encounter an error message at any time stating that you had reached the maximum limit for that item?
- Can you please specify the items you have experienced this issue with?
- If it was possible for you to make a successful purchase despite already owning the item in question, do you have a video showing this that you could share with us?
Please do provide the details / resources requested if possible for you to do so, as they'll be a big help to the team in investigating the issue! I'm afraid that I cannot speculate as to whether any of the spent Opals will be reimbursed or compensated, but I've also asked the team about this and will keep you all updated with any news I receive.
