They returned but their islands are destroyed so I can't trade with them. Both Anne and Jean.
I tried declaring war to Anne but my ships won't atack the island since it's destroyed.
I can see them in the diplomatic menu and I am an ally of them both. As you can see in the picture there are available quests and their ships are also starting to respawn in the map.

I have checked and I don't believe this issue has yet been reported to us. As a result can I ask you to provide a link to a video demonstrating this if possible and a link to a current save file where this issue is present, please? Once we've got this from you we'll open this with the development team for further investigation.

@guille2321 Thank you for your reply. That is correct, as the development team is not able to retroactively resolve issues with current saves you would only see this resolved on new saves.
