The aluminum smelter in the new world is labelled a production building, yet it is not affected by at least one item that affects production buildings (specifically Angela "Meg" Iver, The Polyvalent). I've seen other people mention this on the internet too. It is not listed in the trello however. Is this something the dev team is aware of?
