I have completed all of Enbesa's missions, both the main and side lines. But the quest list still suggests that I need to complete this quest, and it doesn't work no matter where I click.
As the picture shows, all the palace buildings in Taborime have been unlocked.
Ps: This is not an old savegame, it's a latest version savegame.
