Hello. I am from Ukraine, recently I purchased Anno with all expansions saw that it is only available in russian language with no way of changing it. After going back to store page, a small disclaimer at the very bottom there said that the game is "region-locked for Ukraine, Russia and CIS", so the game is strictly in russian. I did not get any warnings of that before purchase so I bought it, since "Supported languages" line contained many languages, including English, which was highly misleading. My question is, can you move Ukraine (and possibly other states) from russian region to EU, since not everybody speaks russian, nor it is an official language of countries other then Russia itself. I felt very disappointed to buy a game and be forced to play it in language that I don't speak, so the only option for me to play would be to refund, change country in account and buy again, which is not something that I wish to do. I do understand that russian version is cheaper so you forced this restriction, but you shouldn't just expect every person from a country geographically close to Russia to natively speak russian. So if you are not planning to add Ukrainian, or Moldovan, or Azerbaijani etc. language to the game, at least enable English as an internationally recognized language. As an alternative, please give us an option to choose a region before buying, even if EU version would be more expensive. Thank you.
