Can you please let me know if this is still an issue for you and if these do not appear in your build menu? If these ornaments are still missing, can you show us a screenshot of your Season Pass activated and one screenshot showing these ornaments missing from your menu?
Hey there @vonmauser89 , thanks so much for sending these screenshots across to us. I can see that the items are indeed not available in-game, despite purchasing the Year 4 pass. Sorry about that!
Can you check our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you are running the game with administrator rights.
If the issue yet persists thereafter, please get in touch with our support team directly, as they'll be able to have a closer look at your account to see where the issue might be.
