Dear all,
I've got a problem where I cannot activate the different mails at houses. Both in the new world, old world and Cape Tralawney (no other sessions unlocked in my game).
When I want to click on the local mail, my building chances skin.
It seems that there is an overlay between the building skins and different mails...
This is strange as the houses in the new world do not have different skins... (Screenshot taken from the new Scenario)

I understand you're unable to activate mail in Anno 1800. Could you please let us know if you've changed your buildings' styles and if you have any mods installed? If so, could you list which ones? Also, since the latest update came out, have you performed a full reinstallation of the game? If not, please reinstall both the Ubisoft Connect launch and the game itself

Could both of you please open a support case with us and attach a save file to that case where you are experiencing this issue?

Regarding saves, they are an integral part of our investigation, as they help us isolate the Issue and determine the best possible solutions.
