Hello, my Anno 1800 does not save my profiles, after closing the game. In addition, no "Anno 1800" folder is created under C:\Users\(...)\Documents\My Games
I've already attempted the following:

- Verified game files
- reinstalled Game & Ubi Connect
- Run as admin, both Anno and Ubi Connect
- Installed Anno & Ubi Connect on separate disk drives, once on the same and once on different ones.
- Run benchmark (DX11 and DX12)
- Created a "Anno 1800" folder myself under C:\Users\(...)\Documents\My Games

Hey there @Kartoffelbrei71, can you confirm if you also do not have a folder under this location:

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Anno 1800

If the game is not able to create a folder there, it may be getting blocked by any antivirus or firewall software you have installed on your PC from doing so, or it could imply that there is some other system setting issue preventing the file from being created. In order for us to investigate this in-depth please generate copies of your basic system files, and send those to us in a one-on-one support ticket.

Once you have done so, update this thread to let me know and I'll be able to take a look! You do not need to share your case number, just let me know when the case has been created and I'll find it.

Hey,

Do either of you having the issue have cloud saves enabled in the Ubisoft Connect settings?

If so, can you try disabling it, and if not, try enabling it.

Then see if your game saves next time you play.
