I've merged the other thread dedicated to the Issue to this one, in order to centralize all the information on the problem.
As @Asterix201252 mentioned, you will need at least 750 technicians in order to unlock the Arctic Gas Mine.
@Eagletazq For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue and in addition to the information asked in the original thread, can you let us know if you already reached the part of the story mentioned by @Asterix201252 ?
