Hello,

Step already taken:

  1. Remove everything from the game and Ubisoft connect.
  2. Clean install of Ubisoft connect.
  3. Clean install of the game.
  4. Verified the files successfully.
  5. The game and Ubisoft connect are on the same drive.

@katje-katrien Hey there, thanks for reaching out! I see you posted a similar message in this thread, are you referring to the same issue when you say you're seeing the wrong picture?
