Are you by any chance using any mods currently? Installing mods can have some unintended changes with the regular game functions. If you're not using any mods, could you please upload your affected save file externally and provide us with a link here? We'll open a new report with the development team, once we've received it.

For the next step, we'll need your save file, to send over to our development team. As I mentioned earlier, it can be provided via a link after it's been uploaded externally, or you could also attach it to a support-ticket, if you prefer a private channel (msinfo and dxdiag would also be doable via the private channels - not recommended in public, as they contain personal information).
