[2021] Unable to open Quick Select Menu & Knight Isu Settlement Pack Missing From Store

@naragal95 Hello there, could you tell me if you have any custom bindings set on Assassin's Creed Valhalla? If so, our team is currently aware of this cause issues with controls. In the meantime, you may find the following steps to help prevent this issue from occurring: 

- Reset your control bindings back to the default settings
- Reassign the Interaction button with another one that is not used for any other direct action

However, please keep us posted if you are already using the default settings and still unable to access the quick select menu.

As for the Knight Settlement pack missing, could you share with us any screenshots or clips of Mimameidr in your cosmetic collection along with the Isu Knight Settlement pack missing from your Store page?

@naragal95 I'm pleased you have been able to resolve the issue with the quick select menu, and thanks for the screenshots provided I am able to view them.

Regarding the issue with the Engraved Tree from the Taranis pack. Where you able to purchase it and does it appear in your inventory? Is it just that the Taranis settlement pack is no longer available on the Helix Store?
