So If I purchase premier access right now. My initial order of the game price/charge will not be deducted from my bank account. correct?
They're not mutually exclusive, so if you just buy Premier now and do nothing else, you will still be charged for your pre-order when the time comes and effectively have Premier + the full game separately. (So that you can still play if you cancel Premier.)

It will be a different release, yes. You won't be able to just convert the demo into the full game. That will have to be downloaded separately.
No offense intended, but could you clarify please?
Saying "Not True" is not actually clear and provides a bit too much wiggle room for assumptions of both parties involved (player/studio) in my opinion. So I'm guessing your reply is one of the two possibilities:
- Not True: There are no loot boxes in Anthem. (this is the current assumption of the player base)
OR
- Not True: The loot boxes in Anthem don't work that way. - Implies that there will be loot boxes, but they will not boost the power of the player's avatar (Javelin and/or Pilot)

It wasn’t an honest question though. It was an insult phrased as a question :). You asked what we expected, my answer is we expected to get feedback from a technical test and that’s what we are focused on.
This is an honest question. What did you expect by making the alpha full of just random people from around the world? That they weren't going to discuss the game with others online? I mean, it's kind of impossible to suppress something like that. It's understandable that you guys would crack down on streamers or people who posted videos of the alpha gameplay but I hope you weren't naive enough to think people weren't going to answer questions about it publicly and discuss their experience openly in forums like this.
We expected to run a technical test, which we did :)

I think you confused this thread . This was for a different alpha that was internal only - I thought you had feedback on the thread. That’s why I said it was a pretty old thread :)
You posted feedback about the External Closed Alpha (ECA) - you are actually violating the NDA so I would recommend removing your post, in sure the mods will be here shortly :)
Meant no offense. I only signed up for Sat morning because for some reason I thought you were supposed to pick just one but I was able to play in both today, only tried because the email said that.
You can play in all the sessions, the session tracking is more meant for us so we have an idea about who is planning on playing in which sessions. 😊

Will the mouse+keyboard controls be tweaked in future builds? Right now flight is a nightmare and the aiming just feels weird. I don't know if it's mouse acceleration combined with the different X-Y sensitivities or if it's emulating a controller or what, but they're really, really rough in it's current state. Not quite unplayable, but pretty close.
Yes, the KB+M controls are still being tuned.
The mouse controls feels rather weird at the moment. The vertical vs horizontal sensitivity is way off for me.
Other than that I'm liking it so far.
The ideal control type for this alpha build is a controller. Thanks for the feedback though!
Good afternoon! I just checked my EA Playtesting site and now it's saying no other play tests available. Does that mean I was removed from my previously accepted play test or was everything just wiped?
Hint: Just try again at the next session. You still can, technically.

Registration is closed at this time. There may be another technical test in the future but no solid plans at this time.

At this time, it's not known. This alpha was originally supposed to be limited to a certain amount of people who were emailed, but one of the people who were given the link posted it on Reddit where it was subsequently picked up by the press.

Check your emails. Emails have been sent out to people who have been approved as well as people who have not been approved. Also, check your respective client. For example, if you're on PC, check Origin in your game library. You may have a preload waiting fo...
UPDATE #2:
The servers are going to be coming down until the next session. The team is aware that many of you were having connectivity issues at various times or throughout. We are sorry about any frustration that caused, as we know people are excited to give it a try.
The team is making some adjustments to things on that end and bringing the servers back up for the next session (which is from 12:00pm - 3:00pm PST / 3:00pm - 6:00pm EST.) As a notice, if you were accepted into this alpha, you can still try to playtest in other sessions as well.
