Image of the original EA suspension mail.

So basically around 10 days ago I had a very rough day, went into ranked pre-tilted and after losing let out a toxic message towards a teammate. Not my proudest moment and I take full responsibility. 2 days later I recieved an email, stating that because of that message my account was suspended for 1 week (168 hours). "Fair enough", I thought to myself and decided to wait out my suspension and learn from that mistake.

After the week had passed however, my account had gone from suspended to permanently banned. Seeing as the email I received from EA stated a very specific timeframe of 168 hours, I assumed this was down to a mistake. I tried to appeal in hopes of them finding some sort of Error but they doubled and tripled down on it saying after "thorough investigation" they decided their action was correct. Mind you this is my second suspension ever since creating the account in 2019, with the first one dating back to 2020.

I kinda don't know what to do anymore at this point. I take full responsibility for my actions but a permanent ban over 1 slip up in over 2 years feels extreme. I have probably sunk close to 2000€ into that account for 3 heirlooms and over 1500 hours. If there is any sort of hope that this is a mistake please help me.

If this is all true then this shouldn’t be, a suspension shouldn’t automatically turn into a ban unless something else happened. Would you mind DMing me your case number so I can take a look?
