[2021] Bug where i get kicked from match in receive a penality

When you disconnect from a match, the penalty is given. Regardless of the reason. Do you disconnect frequently or was this the first time? If it's more frequent, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. It looks like you play on PlayStation. If that's the case, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

Your connection is a lot less stable on a wireless connection. Even though it's been fine for 2 years, it's very susceptible to interference. It's possible some new interference has been introduced. Regardless, if you're going to choose to stay on a wireless connection, it would be good to move it to its own wireless channel. Also, if you'd like to provide a UO Trace, those instructions are here. You'll need to be on a PC that is wireless and placed as close to your console as possible. This way, we get accurate results. Just get me a screenshot of the test and I'll diagnose it.
