Is anyone else having a sound issue on Xbox where when a loud explosion goes off at the beginning of a match you lose all sound to the game, and then the game freezes?
So far the only 2 maps it's happened on are Oregon and Club house

This bug would ;
-silence drone moving sounds
-source the sound from when it was first heard eg. lets say you walk into a room with a c4, with your right side first. the sound would sound like it only came from your right side. this would affect everything; debris, shots, npcs, bandit boxes everything.
Hey there.

We are currently investigating ongoing sound issues and we've been asked to request the following information from you in order to investigate this further for you.

Does it happen on specific maps? What maps have you noticed these audio issues on?
Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?
Did you notice the issue only on the replay cam playback? Live in game? Or both in game and on the replay cam?
What happened prior to the audio issue occurring? (Did you equip a certain weapon? Did you walk a certain way? Clips are helpful!)
Can you describe your audio set-up? (Plugged in the monitor, plugged in the controller, using a home cinema system, set of speakers, etc

Also if you are able to gather any video of the issue this would be really useful for us to pass on to the team as well. Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to us!

Would it also be possible to provide a video? This will help us understand what you are experiencing and we can forward that for investigation.

It has! We deployed a fix for it in 3.1, and so far we haven't seen any reports that the reverse sound bug is still happening!

Team is investigating, added to Trello. How many players were in the lobby when you heard this? Any additional details to help repro? Console/PC?

Hi Tenno, we don't believe your sound issue is related to the 1999 demo mission, but we are investigating a sound bug and hope to have an update for you soon!
