I was playing ranked like I usually do but something happened to my Xbox and it turned off when I went back to reconnect to the game it had just ended as I joined back (keep in mind the game had just started) but it counted as I didn't reconnect and now I have a 2 day ban from ranked.
i want to know if there's any way to get rid of it?

Based on what you've stated, it appears that players have voted to cancel the match (feature that was presented back in Operation Steel Wave) and therefore this regrettably has resulted in such outcome, despite you not having any real intention to abandon the match.
As of right now, the suspension itself has been issued by the server-side and therefore it is not something that our Support team would be able to overturn I'm afraid, however I will make sure to forward details of the incident as feedback over to our team accordingly.

sadly, we cannot help you in the forum in regard to bans, as we do not have access to account details here - you will have to contact EA Support and dispute the ban there.
If a player harasses you or anyone else in the game, please report them through the official channels listed here. A dedicated team will then take a look and decide on potential sanctions against those players.

while videos may prove that other people are also breaking the rules, that does not excuse oneself from breaking the rules in retaliation. If you already contacted Support and your case has therefore been evaluated, there is nothing else that can be done.
