(Note: I'm messaging for my brother as his Ubisoft Support gotten back to him or me since November) I recently connected my Rainbow Six Siege account to my Xbox account in hopes I would receive my old Xbox account and all progression made with my new update that introduces cross progression. Unfortunately I have logged into my pc account with the Xbox account linked too but I haven't received my items, pleased help me with this issue. My 'StelfBoneZpc and my xbox account is Stelf BoneZ.

We have made no announcements about cross-progression as it currently stands!

We have no guarantee that there will be cross progression other than with the platforms that we've already announced, which is Steam, Stadia & Switch.

Cross-progression isn't currently available for all platforms, however this is still in the pipeline.

I can see that the issue related to migration has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated. Have you or your brother had any answer from our support team? We are currently experiencing a large amount of messages, which might cause delays.

This is something that would have to be investigated through the support website directly, though, as some information is sensible and can't be shared on a public forum for safety issues.

I understand that you are also facing issues regarding the cross-progression in Rainbow Six : Siege.

If you had your accounts linked before the 6th of December 2022, I'd need you guys to get through our one-to-one channels as mentioned above by Ubi-Akatsirin.

Hey @Alan69,

Unfortunately it's not possible to link a new Xbox account to your EA account if you've linked a different EA account previously. An EA account can only even be linked with one of a specific type of acount in its lifetime.
