[2020] Game freezes/hangs in quest mode

Does your PC only use the integrated Intel HD graphics, or does it also have a dedicated video card?

Unfortunately if your PC is only using the integrated Intel HD graphics I'm afraid it wouldn't meet the minimum requirements to run Apex Legends:

You may still be able to launch the game, but the hardware in your PC isn't supported. I'm afraid we can't really offer much troubleshooting if your PC doesn't meet the system requirements.
