Hey @indy09brickyard,

 

If your EA Account is currently registered as a child account, you may see that message when trying to play certain titles online.

 

You should be able to follow these steps to get the account updated to your correct age if that's reflected incorrectly on your account. 

 

If you're still having trouble after that point please contact support directly so they can take a look over the account, thanks!

Hi there, @bendero2003 

 

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

Do you have anything plugged in to the USB ports? Another controller, a racing wheel, a dongle for another device, or a headset? If so, unplug those and try again.

We are aware and are working on it. Leaving the sound turned ON after you reinstalled should help in the meantime.

When you reinstalled the game completely, boot it up without any other app playing sound (best is to not have any other app running). Once it is fully booted the sound in-game is turned ON by default. Leave it that way for the time being.
