Hey @WyDerp

I took a look at the DxDiag you posted, and it appears that your NVIDIA drivers are from 2019. Did you roll back your drivers when you were trying to troubleshoot this?

Got it, thanks!

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? If there's something else running on the PC that might be related to this it may help to get around it.

For more details on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know how it goes when you have the chance. Thanks again.

I appreciate you giving it a shot!

Do you currently have any other USB devices connected to your PC besides your mouse and keyboard? I noticed an entry for a USB gamepad in your DxDiag. If there is a controller connected can you try removing it to test and see if that makes any difference at all?

We've been seeing some reports recently regarding crashes from others where removing USB devices appears to stop them from happening. Can you give that a shot as well to see if it helps in this case?

How did it go after removing the controller? Are you still seeing any crashes?
