It looks like a reply was sent back to each of your cases that were created earlier, but if you haven't seen those come through I'd definitely suggest checking your email filters and any junk/trash/spam folders where those may have been redirected.
It looks like they've already been able to confirm this happened during an account compromise, so please be sure you've gone through these security steps.
Once you've done that you'll need to reach back out to support directly so they can help restore the account.
If you've been having trouble getting in touch, I would suggest creating a case for a hacked account rather than a ban, as that will go to a separate team.
When creating a new case you should be able to use the options The EA app | PC | Manage my account | Hacked account to try a live chat or phone callback option rather than the email option you've previously selected. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
