We would be unable to assist with missing items on Answers HQ, you would need to reach out to an advisor for further assistance. 

 

When reaching out be sure to add your purchase information, if purchased from steam it would be a full screenshot of your transaction history and the confirmation email from the purchase. 

 

Once you reach out they will be able to further assist from there.

Thank you for the update, Sorry for the initial misunderstanding. Given the situation of how you got a code I would recommend reaching out to the Game Changer you won the code from and let them know it did not work. 

 

From there they should be able to contact their EA GC Rep. who can take a look into this further and if need be look into a new code. Our support team can only assist with purchases made from one of our trusted retailers.
