Hey there @JJSkullCrusher, apologies for the delay. I am sorry as well to hear about this sort of penalty after your console shut down. I get how this can be frustrating when you can't exactly control this sort of software issue. While we aren't able to lift a temporary ban (even those caused by outside forces like here with your PS4 shutting off), I can suggest trying some steps here for technical issues on PS4 as a start to solve these shutdowns.
