[2022] Origin app move game feature

@u_guys_Suuck In Origin it might appear as it redownloading the game as it appears in the download area of Origin, but for most of the game minus checking the files it should be moving the game from one location to the new one.

@u_guys_Suuck 12_ hrs is long for a move over. To check is there anything else running high on power or system resources in task manager? Do you have any running security on the device that may be stalling to move?
