That error message usually means the connection has timed out. Can we try running through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can help stop it from happening? 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.

Your UO Traces look pretty good. I'm not seeing any issues. Is this only happening when your roommate is playing at the same time? Do you have UPnP enabled? Also, is QoS (Quality of Service) enabled on your router? This isn't on all routers though so it's possible yours doesn't support it.

Thanks for those details. Have you also tried using alternate DNS settings? If not, try the steps here and let me know if that makes a difference or not.
