Every time I try to matchmake, it tells me there was a matchmaking error. The error code is 2-0x0000D00A.

Hey, folks!

We recently experienced server degradation that would have caused this to happen. This has since been resolved.

If you are still experiencing this issue please let us know what platform you are playing on and we will investigate further with you.

We should go through some connection troubleshooting to rule out any issues with your connection. What system are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you run a UO Trace for me and screenshot the results? Instructions are here. This needs to be run on a PC that is wired to your network.

@BigRachons Most of the connection issues I see are not on the player side or our server but in-between. The only way to start getting that fixed is by talking to ISP as they are responsible for the routing of your internet.

All it requires is that one hub is having issues. It will have a domino effect rest of your connection toward the server.
