This. 3rd person is boring and fortnite thingy.

Edit: i back on my words a bit. It wasn't that boring i expected. It was cool in it's own way!

It was fascinating to see the reactions after our internal playtests.

Player A: “What is this baby sh*t for babies?”

Player B: “Finally Apex is a real video game.”

I mean. Those aren’t exact quotes. But.

So, yeah. If it’s not your cup of tea that’s totally valid. Someone else out there is going to have a blast with it.

(If you’re a gameplay nerd like some of us: it’s really interesting to see how everyone being able to naturally corner peek changes the game.)

There are a lot of problems with the 3rd person view. It's too close sometimes. If you crouch and aim 50% of your screen is blocked by your body. I just had a game where I had Wingman and Havoc. While trying to ADS with the Wingman the Havoc on my back blocked my AIM rectangle. I guess it happens with other "big" weapons.

Also I don't like my character to be on the left while aiming I prefer to be on the right of my view. (I think some games give an option to change which side)

Totally agree. 👍🏼
